The Origins of Papyrus in Egypt
There was a huge treasure trove of papyrus and parts with documents found in the rubbish heaps. I think it's probably tens of thousands of documents from this one site Oxi Rinkus. They couldn't quite believe it because the writing style suggested it should be from the first century but the fact that what it looked like a page from a book meant that they thought this can't be any earlier than the third or fourth century. It is one of the things I looked at for the book was is there any sort of founding myth or legend for a particular component or part of the book so paper yeah was invented in China but papyrus for example which is where you take papyrus reads
