Is There a Relationship Between Art and the Gifted?

I think for some reason art really gets its claws in me. I basically just wasn't sleeping, wasn't in a healthy balance with my workload. And another part of the problem was that in my youth, I had always coasted on being a good test taker. So no one gives us habits or how to structure our life or how to control ourselves in a useful way. That's your mentor. Unless you have a mentor.
