The Beauty of Collaborative Space
The GPS school system is very different from the outside. The way that I have run things over the years wouldn't necessarily work at St Joseph's college or King's College because it is all quite different. And then that collaborative space and sharing of ideas and frameworks actually just bolsters the industry up. New coaches coming out of uni can learn from high level coaches as they're truly as high level coaches in the school space these days.
