I got started with programming pretty late, so apart from the usual thing, if the 90s, you had a GeoTities website. I really didn't get started with actual programming until I joined a electronic engineering course in undergrad. And then towards the end of that project, kind of undergrad degree, I developed a simulator of bipedal locomotion in C++. But it was really exciting to me to actually get into a big project of my own. From there, I then joined a master's course and started programming in Python,. And we had this simulator called Topographic which did kind of cool.
