What Can the Environment Bring You?

The environment that you're working in is going to be critical to your career. If all you care about is money, trust me, your job satisfaction is going to go out the window. Being around people that are going to stretch challenge you and have a different perspective is key. I don't think within football, in particular, people often conscious enough of those sorts of variables. And it's just quickly right if there's a role that is full time, let's go for it. But it isn't the role that's for you.
