How Devin Design and the Product Team Implemented a Low Barrier Entry Process
Devin: There were two main principles that really guided us in terms of how we implemented this. The first was, as I mentioned earlier, a low barrier entry for us as a product team. The second was on the user side or on the customer side. How do we make sure that this was not disruptive at all, but it was something that was welcoming and enticing enough to sort of get involved with?
