In terms of ingesting a gel for example, say during a marathon, is there any merit in the information around just gently sipping it over a period of time verse one big golep? Look, it's not something that I've seen a lot of science on that particular aspect. So if you're talking about like sports gels in particular or the carbohydrate gels, generally I would get those people to sort of get it out of their pocket ready as they're entering an aid station and consume the gel reasonably quickly. Then pick up some water and drink that or pick up some fluid and drink that to help get that down into the gut and get the digestion going.
