I think there might be some overlap and of course it maybe isn't always a one for one similarly to how we say like the people you work with that work are your family they are the people you're with around right so I kind of see them as a similar parallel type of thing where when you say this is like a marriage it's also not in the thing where your work family is not really your family but will you probably go through many many deep big things with them yes absolutely.
