Because when people sometimes talk about, you know, having certain gut issues, I think a lot of people worry about that roughage as being very hard to break down for an inflamed gut. So is there a role for that? Does everyone need to have a certain amount of insoluble Fiber? Is that maybe the area where certain people who have a lot of inflammation can cut back in order to heal their gut temporarily? How does that work?
