The Importance of Federal Two-Man Crew Rule

The one regulation I could see that would really, you know, have a positive effect is a federal two-man crew rule. That's the only long-term solution here. A lot of the regulatory state is just not capable of taking on these companies. They serve the shareholders above all else. What better way to fix it than to make the public the shareholders?
