Is There a Recession in the US?
The reason that's usually cited of why we aren't currently in a recession in the US is that people are still spending and nobody's unemployed yet. We exceeded where we are today in terms of credit, people taking on credit. Even if you believe the Keynesian nonsense, even if you believe that the system is true and is necessary, there's a problem. And it's going to end badly. I think people who can see through it and don't over-labor yourself will benefit greatly from just having seen it. The question is when, not if.
