The Importance of Computer Science in Education
The US system is not just decentralized, it has multiple levels of who makes decisions. In most states you can't graduate high school unless you take algebra as a math and biology as a science. We would argue that this should also be one of those requirements. It's clear that time is on our side, it's nonpartisan. When you're pushing for something that lots of people support and nobody is against, it's a lot easier than when you have political battles in education.
