The Power of a Worldview

How does this worldview carry you through crisis and conflict? What has it done for other people? I would say that, you know, the main thing for me is that it keeps me aligned with truth. Knowing when I'm overtaken by anxiety, that is just anxiety that's not actually rooted in reality.
