This chapter started with Grot 10. It uses this powerful cryptographic assumption, the deep power knowledge of exponent that then people were like uncomfortable with. But now we're just using all the time. We're using even something stronger, the algebraic group model which is actually a strengthening of the deep powerknowledge of exponent. So yes, GRA also started this chapter and ended it by giving the most optimized version of what you can do in the GGP R approach.
