Ceausescu and the Soviet Union

In 1967, Richard Nixon is trying to get back into politics. He meets up with Ceausescu who wants to turn Romania into the TV making capital of Europe. The U.S. offers him loans and he gets in bed with Lady Liberty's Pimp (played by Richard Milhouse Nixon) But things don't go as planned because they're not going to be able to afford it.
