EOS Implementers - What a Great Story!

I presume you're back. What a great story. I'm just going to make a note of something for the listener in that what I heard through that whole story is just real empathy, your ability to see what your wife went through and the way her company handled it. It's such a simple concept. And it's often when you're busy and scared, it's very hard to follow through on those simple concepts. So I applaud you for that.
