I definitely like being outside with great weather, which is well, probably never leave California. I don't think of it as a specific location, but rather a set of lifestyle factors that support mental wellness. Getting enough sleep includes putting a concerted effort into going to bed at a certain time. And for me, getting in regular movement helps keep my body moving regularly.
