In your Microsoft job you basically did like a meta research also for yourself into how to analyze skills for positions. When I was at Amazon, I actually did that a little bit more. But yeah, I definitely could have used it for my own personal research more. So yeah, regarding like, you know, challenge and all that being a theme, I think a big part of it is just that I like struggle with adult ADHD.
