Colosis, Colonidocolithiasis and Colon Gastrointestinal Endoscopy
The American Society of gastrointestinal endoscopy guidelines from 2021 that are on cholidocolithiasis. They really provide some simple tools with based on the information you're going to have when you admit a patient about the probability of there being a gallstone in the common bio duct i.e. MRCP ERCP and that can be a great thing to look over before you call a GI consult. The only patients where you actually proceed to an elective colosistectomy is it's for those patients who have an increased risk of developing gallbladder cancer.
