Is Raw Commit Data Important?
It should always be used as something to support. Are you getting your best work out of them? How do you know that? If they're pushing through a huge amount of volume, are they really getting the rest and recovery that they need? Or is that an indicator that they're not actually thinking about the long term things? What's the effect of this, how werre going to be using this in six months? And i think all o the things that i got out of that was, is raw comit data important? Ou know, overtime? I've decided yes, it is, but not ums of commits, right?"
