The CIA's Interest in Funding MKUltra

Cohen: MKUltra was a highly classified CIA project. He says there were 149 projects, with 33 sub-projects on the control of human consciousness. There were at least 185 researchers at over 80 institutions, including 44 universities and 12 hospitals. The agency put together their findings into the infamous Kubark manual for proper interrogation practices.
