I'm totally fascinated by what happened in Maryland and Muhammad Mahoudin is one of the world leaders in xenotransplantation. To do a patient outside of a trial who wasn't a candidate for a transplant Otherwise because of non-compliance, you know, raises a lot of huge questions. I think while that obviously should go through an IRB and should involve ethicists It's one thing with a very specific thing you're testing.
