Dorian: "For undergraduate admissions, I think everyone knows that it's not completely merit" In terms of the higher level hires, he would say it's 'meritish' But other things are being taken into account such as race and sex characteristics. He says people with certain opinions are being driven out of the process. The social media mob took up their proverbial pitchforks in response to Dorian's article.
