Is Ring Fencing a Priorization Conversation?
Sosa: Ring fencing is a poor way of prioritizing in a very rigid way that doesn't let you have as much control as you might like. He says it avoids the difficult conversation about whether one thing actually is better than another, right? Sosa: Let's try to figure out what the barrier is and try to overcome it. That may lead to a rule like, we're going to write tests every sprint or doing electric shocks over time.
