Erica: I use sleep mode automatically, which is nicer than using auto do not disturb at night because I have different sleep schedules during the week and on the weekends. The only other one that I use is the reading mode, which I think was a default that came from Apple. It's still not as good as having a Kindle, a dedicated device that I can't choose to jump out of reading mode and go like look at my email or check social media. But it is better because in reading mode, I get no notifications from anyone.
