Culture has to be very important, even if it's a small team. How do you assess that? It's essential to visit the manager on sight. I also read aloud into the energy and excitement among junior staff. That's where we get the true read and culture. So, but it is critically important. And unfortunately, with coved, we haven't been as able to do that as we would have been in the past.
