How Would Lightning Respond in a High Fee Environment?

One of, i guess, speculations out there is that lightning adoption would really be driven if we were to hit a high fee environment. We may eventually get to the point where we go, ah, you did something i don't like, but it's not worth me closing the channel over and do that kind of statistic. You can't let some one get away with everything. But fundamentally, there is this conflict. And I think research into that will only really come if, your implementation will only get driven when we're in a higher fee environment,. When people are ecall we really want this.
