I tried to find some evidence of your book having been bant or pulled from school shelves, and i couldn't. And i wonder if you have any thoughts about why this best selling book that addresses history and memory and the ways in which we have misinterpreted it wasn't the subject of any bands. Because the thing, as we know, that simbo s and names and iconography aren't just symbols, theyr reflective of the stories that people tell. You know, part of what was important about this book is that it was not didactic. It's really a sort of inquiry based exploration rit it is me going to these different places,.
