Last June, my husband and I bought a new house. The house was built with heating installed but not air conditioning. We decided to wait and see what things were like in the house for the first summer. Over half of July and August was over 80 degrees with the high at 96. There were several days in a row over 90 and without air conditioning, it was uncomfortable.
