The Chinese government says, okay, if you still do XYZ in a week, you're going to be in trouble. And that gives people like some time to wind it down. So they want to maintain this low level of activity so that if they make a decision, okay, we want to actually go Bitcoin rather than ant, go pro Bitcoin rather than anti Bitcoin,. then they've got the option of doing it.
