Shifting your mind set. What does that mean? Im taking a moment to think about a situation, a stressful situation. Having an opportunity to think of a different perspective. Being able to relax around the fact that it happened and be grateful that only the food burned and the kitchen didn't burn down. When you forget your projects or papers at home, maybe it's an opportunity to say, hey, i'm going to take a break im at lunch time,. It gives me a chance to get out of the office. Rather than its being a problem, it can be an opportunity.
