Is It a Form of Imperialism?

I would think that it's kind of the motive, because, in a sense, the international monetary organizations of various stripes, they do this as a way to take a lot of these resources. A lot of central american countries were called banana republics for a long time, because chiquita banana needed all of these places to produce bananas so they could sell em to the people in the united states. But then it's often true that there they're better off with those deals than they would be if they weren't doing that and they just had the dictators. And so it's part of why you need a very dramatic reform in these places. I'm really waiting for the the make
