Pick one of those things to do for ten minutes before your run, four days a week, and then youre done. I think the fact that this kind of work doesn't take too much extra time is really attractive,. especially for us adult runners who were not being paid by the big shoe companies to train. So we have to fit this in around our otherwise busy lives. But something is better than nothing. Ten minutes a day, twice a week is gon be better than zero minutes a day. And that's enough, right?
