The Importance of Process Over Relationship
Jenny: I'm new in the safety circle. This is the one thing you said you wouldn't do. We brow beat him in the desk. So it's still a little unclear as I look at the HOP approach to safety, vice accountability. And so what's happened over time, at least in our world, is that we've really tied accountability to consequence. In failure, we make it sort of quasi-causal and we confuse it with consequences.
