The Law Commission Proposes That Cryptocurrency NFTs Can Be Classified as Property
Information as a matter of English law and common law is not generally considered to be property. Information can be easily duplicated and freely disseminated, particularly in the internet age. Law commission proposes that electronic information such as NFTs, such as cryptocurrency, is capable of being property so long as it is rivalrous.
