MAPA 3 showed a lower rate of escalation of therapy in the thrombolysis arm. This was about an increase in severe bleeding complications, and there were zero interkranial hemorrhage events in this entire study cohort. Dr. Raleigh: I still give a lot of gravity to MAPA 3 because it showed that patients can decompensate.
