The Northern Ireland secretary has said he will call an assembly election, but hasn't set a date for it. We'll just have to wait and see, really. It's just a bit of a shambles, really. I think that so much was made of this one minute past midnight deadline - then it took more than 15 hours to actually get anything concrete. And now we don't really have that much that helps us. He will call an election, but haven't said a date. Does that mean there's a regular room to you turn on that decision? Or does that mean that it's actually going to happen?
