A good experience has exposition. And then there's some type of inciting incident that raises the action, right? And there's this rising action reaching to some type of climax and then resolution. So I'm thinking about those touch points and then thinking about are we building them? Are we think about rising action? Are we thinking about climax? Or is that happening multiple times during the experience? Then recognizing over the course of the day, it's going to be tons of little mini experiences where you're going to be prepping people anticipating an experience.
