How to Get People to Give Feedback in a Work Environment
When you give someone feedback in a work environment, you should first tell them what they did right and then tell them how to do it better. I'm sure if you were to have gone back at that person, say, you got the format wrung, they could have very well said, you lucky i submitted anything, ladyewir foremani right. It's great that you are able to take that, that feedback gracefully, because you very well could have. If only a handful of people write it, i'm like you. But the more people who contribute, im, then they're bought into the standard as well, right? Oh, i contribute to that.
