If you really think far out and you're denominating yourself on bitcoin, you're not so concerned about the dollar denominated returns. The challenges is that overtime thy, they shouldn't be correlated, in my view. And so you may not get the exact you'd a situation where s and p sells down, you collect the put and you're able to roll it into bitcoin at some artificially suppressed price,. ecause bitcoin might actually go up.
