The last ten per cent is figuring out carbon storage asom solutions. Our economic systems are not really good at understanding long term value,. And i don't know how to make them good at it. I dont know how to solve that incentives problem, except with government regulation and international regulation. It has to be regulation. Thereill there will be a technology component and a regulation component. In europe already they have systems that are like, you have to pay money to release carbon dioxide.
