The Indictment of Donald J. Trump
The attack on our nation's Capitol on January 6, 2021 was an unprecedented assault on the seat of American democracy. The men and women of law enforcement who defended the U.S. Capitol are heroes. They put their lives in the line to defend who we are as a country and as a people. This is an awfully convenient political distraction for the government. Just a day before Trump was indicted, a business partner of Hunter Biden testified that Joe Biden was on the phone with Hunter while his son was peddling his father's influence. It doesn't matter what Joe Biden says to Hunter Biden's business associates. The point is to just make the connection. That's the whole point.
