The US obviously is incredibly rich. In poor countries, you clearly don't put the same value on a life. It's not that they don't want their life just as much. They are not willing to put up round about for 10 million hours to save one life. But in principle, I think everyone would agree, we would want to do the best things first. And that's why we're at this book because we're actually trying to find where are the best things.
