George Hill, a congressional staffer in Hamilton Fish's office, was kind of an obvious target for Virik to recruit. With help from George Hill, the Nazi agent Virik spreads his wings and starts using a whole cadre of sympathetic, sitting members of Congress to supply him with millions of pre-paid, frank envelopes. He uses them to spread Nazi-approved propaganda here in the United States.
