Can You Provide a Password That Must Unlock?

I think this is an example of technology out pacing law. We're now living in a world where the things that are close to us are on gogle sand. The rules haven't caught up to that. So when you think about being asked to divulge your password, the equivalent is being asked to disclose your papers,. Your email, the things you're protecting. But the technology is that it's this disembodied thing. And actually, the rules are different if it was a password, or you use the thumb print, used a biometric which is, you know, ludicrous onto the face of it.
