I think it's something like, noticing where we get stuck in our thinking. What actually causes us to not be these geniuses who are extremely productive and so on. Or when meta discussion is constantly pulling you away from the thing you're trying to think about. Then then you get stuck because then you can't like trust any of the thoughts that you have. And sometimes even recognizing meta can get us out of that state.
