Is There a Barrier to Epigenetic Inheritance?

When people talk about epigenetics and talk just about the modification, they're also not exactly right. Most of the modifications in the sperm and in the egg are removed, so about 90% of them. Some remain, which could be interesting. And I actually think that the most interesting players today are RNA molecules. So we know that even I totally identical twins, genetically they're identical, but they look different and there are different. We all experience it. This can happen because of these epigenetic changes. Or it can happened because of other mechanisms because genes respond to the environment.
