If that's what you want your morning to look like and I cannot emphasize this enough, that's amazing. You don't have to change anything. But if you're like, I want to be more intentional going into the day, then write that in the next column. And once you've nailed down a few, then you can move on to new ones. So yeah, I think once you build new habits slowly and you've done that, I think that's when you have that lasting change.
