Are There Other Theories of Free Will?

In a recent tweet, Sam Harris wrote that there is no free will. David Frum says his theory of free will doesn't agree with the views of many intellectuals. He thinks it's due to an understandable retreat from superstition and mysticism. And so we can do away with so much of what has come before, he says.
