The Indictment of Donald Trump

Elliot Richardson was the attorney general at the last time a former president or vice president was indicted in this country. He says we are capable of uncovering these crimes and having uncovered them, our system is capable of taking proper action. On Tuesday next week, at 2.15 p.m. Eastern, ex-president Donald Trump is due to be arraigned in criminal court in downtown Manhattan. That indictment reportedly includes more than two dozen charges but who knows it's under seal.
